Scope of Duties

Selling new PPM, bureau and energy led building management service contracts to end users and facilities managers in either the North or South East of England.

Job Description

  • Selling new PPM, bureau and energy led building management service contracts to End Users and Facilities Managers in either the North or South East of England
  • Prepares tailored energy and/or support solutions quotations which meet clients’ individual requirements
  • Is able to successfully negotiate and communicate at all levels in order to develop and close identified opportunities whilst maintaining margin levels
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date forecasting and customer records within the CRM tool
  • Utilises the CRM tool to plan and prioritise sales calls and opportunities
  • Works effectively and efficiently with the Operations team to ensure promises are kept and customer expectations are exceeded
  • Is able to demonstrate with confidence and competence, through use of effective presentation skills, the levels of support and energy solutions that Aimteq has to offer
  • Shows a willingness to work outside of normal working hours, often under pressure
  • Undertakes all tasks in a professional manner utilising good organisational and time management skills.
